As I add a juicing recipe to the blog I will include it here for reference.
The Phil Staples JuiceĀ aka Hail the Kale
6 kale leaves
1 cucumber
4 celery stalks
2 apples
1/2 lemon
lump of ginger

Beetlejuice Recipe
1 apple
4 carrots
2 beets (or 1 big beet!) And beet is a beetroot for my British friends.

Lighten Up Morrissey Juice Recipe
2 large Red Beets
3 medium Carrots
2 stalks Celery
5 Plum Tomatoes
4 cups Parsley, leaves and stems, roughly chopped and packed into the measuring cup
1 Jalapeno, ribs and seeds removed
1 red pepper
Dash of Worcester Sauce
The Brendan Brazier Juice
1 apple
1 pear
1/2 English cucumber
4 celery stalks
lump of lemon
big lump of ginger
All juiced and then blended with:
handful of pineapple chunks
coconut water
Vega Sport Optimiser.
Cold War -
4 carrots
2 apples
1/2 inch ginger
ice cubes
Juice Master Detox Special
2 apples
1 carrot
1 slice of lemon (rind on)
1/4 yellow bell pepper
1 inch slice of cucumber
1/4 piece of celery
1 inch broccoli stem
1 inch slice raw beetroot
Ice
Beyond Detox
3 apples
1 large handful of spinach
1 inch raw beetroot
1 inch slice cucumber
Parsley ( I didn’t have any.)
1/2 ripe avocado
ice
Sesame Treat
2 Bosc Pears juiced
and blend them with:
A cup or so of blueberries
tablespoon of tahini paste
1/2 of a frozen banana
some soy milk (use any non dairy alternative)
and raw cacoa powder.
This is delicious and all completely natural, a nice sweet treat. In fact because of the tahini I think I will call this one Sesame Treat!
