Jay Kordich, also known as the Father of Juicing, has created a revolutionary new technology that fuses grinding with extracting. Where centrifugal juicers grind the produce into pulp, spinning and straining the juice out of the produce, and masticating juicers use a slower, crush-and-grind extraction process to produce more juice than centrifugal juicers, the Power Grind Pro Juicer has combined the two techniques to provide a machine that delivers more juice than any other juicer on the market.
The Power Grind Pro Juicer is primarily a grinder, but also maintains the best qualities of an extracting juicer. It runs slower than standard extracting juicers, allowing more juice to be extracted and preserving the nutrients in the produce by removing the excessive heat and intense friction that a fast-moving motor can produce. This hybrid technology is even powerful enough to juice nuts and fresh, leafy greens while maintaining their nutritional value.
Features
Underneath the Jay Kordich Power Grind Pro Juicer’s sleek, compact design lies a powerful but quiet motor that will not bog down during use and comes with a lifetime guarantee. The heavy duty stainless steel blade combined with the low RPM makes this juicer perfect for making almond milk, soy milk, and leafy green juices. Even with the patented double-feed chute and extra large detachable pulp basket, this extraordinary juicer fits perfectly on the countertop. Plus, the parts are easy to clean and dishwasher safe. The Jay Kordich Power Grind Pro Juicer comes with a DVD Operations Guide and 3-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Jay Kordich Power Grind Pro Juicer vs. Breville Juicers
When asked, Jay Kordich told Running On Juice that the only difference between the Jay Kordich Power Grind Pro Juicer and the Breville Juicer is that “they are both pulp ejectors.” The Breville juicers are primarily centrifugal juicers, whereas the Power Grind Pro is primarily a grinder. The Power Grind Pro is also designed with a quiet motor, so even juicing nuts and leafy green vegetables goes unnoticed. The Power Grind Pro is designed to rotate at 3,600 RPMs, approximately 80% slower than most juicers and removing the oxidation in the juice that faster juicers produce.
Delicious Recipes
You can have a variety of delicious juices and milks, and with the Power Grind Pro Juicer, you can combine juices with milks for an even tastier treat. There are recipes on the Jay Kordich website that will help you make the most out of your Power Grind Pro Juicer, and many people have posted their favorite juicing recipes on the Internet. There are also ways that you can adapt your own recipes to make them healthier for you. Here are five simple changes that can make a huge difference:
• Switch from standard produce to organic
• Replace sodas with fruit or vegetable juices
• Change from cow’s milk to soy or rice milk
There are so many different ways to get your fruits and vegetables, but the easiest and perhaps healthiest way to get the essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and live enzymes that your body needs is to use the Jay Kordich Power Grind Pro.

This is awesome! Thanks for the review… I am in the market for a new juicer and I think your review has sealed the deal for me on which one to invest in. Thanks again!
I have borrowed a Blentec from someone so that I can start my own program and I am raring to go! Will the Blentec be good for making that Mean Green drink? I now realize that there is a difference in that and a bonafied Juicer. Thanks!
Well lets put it this way, a blended smoothie with real fruits and/or greens is so much better than the usual American breakfast. See if you enjoy the smoothies, if you feel good then I would definitely purchase a juicer. The blender pulverises the enzymes, the juicer extracts them.
thanks for the candid review. I just knew you would be bias since the juicer is advertised on your site. this seals the deal for me as well. I know i will not purchase this juicer. its a bit pricey for what you get. i like the old breville juicer, its fast, clean easy, and moderately price. it works, im busy and on the go.
Yes I do advertise it on the site as I happen to use the Power Grind Pro. I also advertise the Breville Juicer as I use that one too. There is nothing advertised on this site that I have not personally used in my own juicing kitchen. I also pay for all my products and do not accept freebies for review.
I am glad the Breville works for you. I use Breville when I am fasting because its quicker. The Breville cannot make walnut or almond milk.
If truth be told my favourite juicer is the Phillips Juicer range. I used to juice with that back in Europe but alas they do not sell them in the USA. Shame that.
Such an important question that rarely ever seems to come up, even on Amazon juicer reviews — How dry is the pulp, with the PowerGrind juicer ? … This is a big test of a juicers true effectiveness, and level of engineering. Alot of "Blitzkrieg" juicers like the Breville are notorious for wet gloppy pulp, even though they produce juice incredibly fast, they produce very wasteful, inefficient juice. (By the way, another big complaint with the Breville is that their customer service is HORRID. There are also some design flaws with the Breville which have been pointed out on Amazon reviews, such as the so-called "septic crevice" problem that many juicers have (a spot that accumulates food that you cannot access to clean). The rude, unhelpful customer service, the need for and difficulty in replacement parts, and the inefficient and oxidized juice have all brought me to the Jay Kordich PowerGrind juicer.
Thanks for answering my questions, and considering my thoughts!
Yours in juicing,
Yehonatan
You are right that the pulp whilst still not completely dry fares better than the pulp from Breville.
You do extract more goodness with the PGP but you need to nurture the fruit and vegetables through it. This can be a bind if you are juicing four or five times a day though.
