Sorry for the lack of posts. I am sat right now outside a juice bar in Kapaa on the wonderful island of Kauai here in Hawaii.

Its a vacation and there is no wifi in my apartment. I am tapping this out on my iPhone.

Needless to say this is an endearing and inspirational place. I am eating and drinking a lot of fresh fruit.

I am back in California next week where I will announce my next weight loss goal!!
